What to expect
CompanionTested is a disclosed first-party comparison site, not an independent watchdog and not a support desk for any of the apps we cover. If you need help with your Swipey account, the Swipey app and its Discord are the right place; if you need help with a rival app, contact that provider directly through the official-site link on its review. What this inbox handles is the site itself: our checklist, our scores, and any factual detail that has gone stale.
Correction reports get a re-check against the same six criteria we apply to every platform, including our own. When a spec has genuinely changed we update the page and its report date. We read everything; we cannot promise a personal reply to every message, and we will never ask you for a password, payment, or any account credential by email.
