1. Who we are

CompanionTested ("we", "us", the "site") is operated by the team behind Swipey AI as part of the Companion Review Collective, a network of AI companion comparison sites. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Adults only, 18+

CompanionTested covers AI companion platforms that are capable of adult (NSFW) content and is intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By using the site you confirm you meet that age requirement. If you are under 18, you must leave. We do not knowingly provide this content to minors, and nothing on this site should ever be used to seek content involving minors, which is illegal everywhere.

3. What this site is, and is not

CompanionTested is a disclosed first-party comparison site, not an independent reviewer. We build Swipey AI and we rank it #1 in our comparisons. Our scores are editorial judgments applied through a published six-point checklist, not certified test results, laboratory measurements, or guarantees. We credit rival apps openly where they genuinely lead, for example on price or free access, but you should treat every ranking as our informed opinion and check the underlying facts yourself.

• Feature and pricing descriptions of third-party apps are simplified characterizations that can go out of date. Verify with each provider.
• Scores and rankings are opinions, not measurements or endorsements by any third party.
• Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or relationship advice.

4. No fabricated reviews or fake data

We do not publish invented user testimonials, fake star ratings, made-up review counts, imaginary testing-hours figures, or fabricated third-party awards. Where a number is illustrative rather than measured, we label it. If you believe any claim on the site is inaccurate or stale, tell us through our contact page and we will re-check it against the same criteria we apply to every platform.

5. Links to Swipey AI and our commercial relationship

Links to swipey.ai are links to our own product. They carry internal organic tracking parameters (through Everflow) so we can measure which pages send interest to Swipey. Because Swipey is our own product, we earn no third-party affiliate commission on these links; there is no external advertiser paying us per click or signup. Links to competitor apps use their official sites and are provided for your convenience; we earn nothing from them and do not control their content.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with the site or its security; do not misrepresent the site as independent of Swipey AI; and do not reuse our content in a way that implies endorsement we have not given.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, icons, and layout of CompanionTested are ours or used with permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification and comparison only, which does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by those owners.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any third-party app. Your decisions about which app to use, and what to spend, are your own.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
